Along the same lines...the shop next to us brought a pretty nice piece of yard equipment over last week so we strapped it down...

no it could. It only went 4.8mph so it couldent register hp or tq. I think it flickered .3 hp once though.

Reminds me of a local shop who dyno'd their golf cart, made something like 4 or 5whp but near 20ft-lbs of torque
