Default KS's Ultimate Turbo geometry Reference

Here's a spreadsheet I'm working on that has turbo geometry comparisons and compressor maps.

Turbocharger Reference

If you see any discrepancies, let me know, and I'll fix 'em.

I'm a little surprised...I'd expect at least a little feedback.

I applaud your efforts for assembling this thing together. You're not getting much feedback for a couple of reasons.

1) Stealth316 has already made reference to this years ago, though not as organized as yours.

2) You're giving listings and applications that Honda guys really don't use, especially the TD04 and GReddy Series turbochargers.

3) Most here unfortunately don't know what the measurements mean.

The upside to this is that for those that have used turbochargers from OEM applications can now reference material that would be pertinent to them.

Glad you created it... just never expect appaluse for knowledge. Many on this site feel, if it doesn't have a Peak number dyno associated with lots of pictures, its not interesting and the kids tend not to read.

http://www.squirrelpf.com/turbocalc/ owns what you are doing... why reinvent the wheel and make it smaller and slower with less info?

That's a turbo calculator. This is a turbo reference. This is just as relevant of a tool as that is.

There have been other turbocharger references on the internet, but most are outdated or use older formats. I'm using google docs to allow other people to share, update, and reference. I view this as a collaboration tool that is superior to older reference sites.

A turbo calculator is a very good tool, and squirrel performance's calculator is great. I've used it, but it doesn't tell you anything about the geometry of what you're working with, just mapping. Hence the reference.

So you, sir, are mistaken. They don't QUITE own it. They can claim a handy portion of it, though. Not that they're doing anything new, either.

Any info on the IHI series? I use a RHC7 (T4) and was curious to find some info on it.

I'm digging pretty deep looking for IHI stuffs, but I'm having trouble. Is there an identifier plate on it anywhere? I've got specs on their turbines and compressor wheels, but nothing on the turbos as a whole.

That's because they delve into so many different aftermarket companies (Apex'i, APS, Power Enterprise, etc), in addition to the OEM that there is no identifier standards based upon cartridge alone.
