Default Knowlodge on o2 sensor location?

soon to be turbo, just wondering if i should move stock o2 sensor on upper part of downpipe closer to the turbo, or keep it in the stock position?

I'm having muffler shop build me a custom downpipe and was thinking that i could get a better reading putting o2 sensor closer to the exhaust turbine. or would it get to hot up there?

thanks for the help.

if your oxgen sensor is self heated, it doesn't have to be close to the turbine. If its not then the closer the better.
