Default keeping the Intercooler cool on a hot day!!!!

I was just thinking if there is a way to keep the incoming charge air from the intercooler cold so i dont lose power on a hot day. Here are the three ideas ive thought of ... this is so i can hopefully break a 12.9

1 : Place an icepack on the intercooler piping next to the throttle body before a run

2 : spray C02 from a fire extinguisher directly onto the intercooler, thus making it frozen.

3 : spray one of those cleaning duster things used for computers, upside down onto the intercooler. holding the can upside and spraying makes it VERY cold.

What do you guys think of these ideas? thanks

Nitrous Express N-Tercooler kit... sprays nitrous or C02 directly onto the intercooler during/before a run, depending on how you have it set up.

Liquid Nitrogen is different than N20...

I would look in to an CO2 sprayer...

are you guys seeing significant heat-soak with a front mounted intercooler? It would seem unlikely since the ambient air hits the intercooler before the a/c condenser and radiator...

I dont think its a heat soak problem, rather trying to get as cold a charge as possible for each run. I like the CO2 sprayer idea. and its cheap.

I hear some of the supra dragger guys run small fans behind their intercoolers to pull air in while racing from a stop. i wonder how effective that is.
