Default keeping engine cool after going turbo

i kinda did some searching and read up on the faq's but didnt see much about this.....(cause it prolly isnt even an issue im just paranoid)

but after you turbo a stock b series motor, usually u have to switch to a 1/2 rad right ( esp if you wanna keep a\c and p\s)

does a good 1\2 size fluidyne rad keep a turbo b18 cool?? as a dd???

anyone with expierence with turbo'd honda's keeping a\c and p\s please give me some input...thanx
