running superchared 02 si with 10 psi... does any one know what is the max boost the k20a3 can take safely on factory internals????

Boost doesn't mean anything it how much power or torque it can handle and people have made alot on k stock internals - its all about the tune

 

why arent you asking this on K20a.org? they are very knowledgable about Kseries. but that motor has seen 500HP on stock internals. However that was on the dyno only. I would say 300 would be a good daily driver number, 350-400 is pushing it a bit.
