Ok

Don't need (waste of money)
800 injectors
Need Bigger (especially with e85 and over 500wheel)
cams, valves, springs, retainers (a2)
Uh, ok. (Perhaps should just upgrade the valve-springs/retainer to make head invincible)

either 3071R turbo or 5857
Could perhaps scrape in 500 on a Dynjojet (scratch that, you'll need at least the 76r), your hp-goals are too broad for any suggestions here (we care about what you're using the car for more than numbers, it'll help us with making suggestions)
crank, rods, pistons w no oversizing
Uhm, is that supposed to be a question? For 500, stock everything actually works pretty well. Not too familiar with K-series crankshaft, however, there are multiple running over 650-700whp, so there's no need to to upgrade it. As far as pistons/rods are concerned, you really cannot go wrong with just about any forged components from reputable companies.
