Default JW here...

just wondering if i HAVE to put vacuum lines on the bov and the WG. can i go without them? if not then what do people do that tuck their bay and have to run these hoses? somehow they are tucked so nicely if they even are. i can never tell...

You CAN but your turbo would spool until the engine blew without the wastegate and surge without the BOV. If you're not going to run the vac lines to them, you may as well not have those parts.

Bottom line: Run the lines and deal with a somewhat cluttered engine bay.
