Just got my turbo kit in...quick question...
I just received my greddy turbo kit for my 99 si. I bought it used and everything appears to be there however there is one question i have. The picture below, i cant figure out where that screws into. I think that im missing a flange for the oil pan or does it not need one? Am i supposed to just drill the same size whole into the oil pan then screw this in? Or is there something missing? Thanks.

you need to get oil back into the oil pan once the oil drains from the turbo, and the best way to do that is to either get a fitting welded to the pan, or get a set of fittings that can clamp between the oil pan. Also, what size fitting is that? it looks like a 1/8"NPT, and that would be way too small for an oil return. Returns should be 3/8" or larger, just to be safe.

No, its the oil return. It's 1/2" fitting. I just went to home depot and bought a flange from the plumbing section that looks like it'll work nicely. Anyone know any good alternatives to welding?

JB Weld that sum bitch. That's what I've been told, anyhow, but if you're going to take your oilpan off anyway you might as well have it done "right".

well depending on where you want to put that piece will depend on what you need.
you can buy this for the turbo and screw right in:
Or you can get a male adaptor to weld on the oil pan that will screw into that piece.
