Default JRSC + T3/T4 on SAME engine, possible? Worth it?

Ok, this is a stoopid question but.........Is it possible to have both a JRSC AND a T3/T4 turbo on the same engine? I was thinking the JRSC can provide the low end torque and the turbo will bring in the top end power, but has any1 done this? I mean on a fully built engine, since I dont think a stock block can handle it . Specifically on a B18C .

Search for "twin charger", there was a post on these in the last few days... it's physically possible.
