JRSC Question
I went to the track for the first time since I got the JRSC installed a few months go and I want to know if anyone else has had this problem. On the back side of the motor there's a coolant hose that connects to the TB from the head ( I think its the head it's late and I can't remember). The heater control valve that sits directly underneath it is repositioned when the sc is installed. Has anyone had a problem with this heater control valve rubbing a hole in the coolant hose that goes into the TB? It happened both times I ran, I spilled coolant in the pits like a ****. Its a good thing I had the same size hose in my toolbox and alot of water. I do have the ES mount inserts so the engine torques less than with just the stock mounts. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? Tomorrow I'm going to wrap this hose with a larger size hose and ziptie it in place. BTW for the first time at the track with the JRSC and Kumho tires I ran a 14.3 @ 99.5 mph, sucky 60ft 2.2 , and a .503 reaction time. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
