Default JRSC problem

I have 94 ls with a jackson racing on it and its slow as hell. Slower than before. Probably wont spend wheels in the dirt. My boy keeps telling me to get it tuned. But what do I need? Will a Apexi SAFC work. My current set-up is with jrsc fmu, the jrsc map controller, dc 4-2-1 headers, rsr cat back with free flowing cat, a generic 3inch intake and a b&m fpr. I know my clutch is not slipping cuz its brand new. Could it be vaccum.

Any help is appreciated. Also with my setup about what numbers should I be making.

First make sure you are boosting.. so get a boost gauge hooked up... then check for vaccums.. double check your electricals and lines.. if everything is fine then get some bigger injectors and either go with the hondata/uberdata/crome route. don't use the SAFC with the jrsc.. bad idea... good luck man>
