Fug NA. Go JRSC.

Or if your main concern is to get from dot a---------------------dot b in the fastest possible time, go with a turbo kit

depends what your goals are... if you like taking it autocrossing, etc... FI will produce a lot of heat and by Honda's philosophy with going n/a and them doing a lot of circuit racing, you can understand. same with spoon. n/a runs cooler FI and is better suited for this. Drag racing, no doubt turbo. JRSC, I really only recommend if you are happy with the gains you'd get from it. It's good for autocrossing but I am concerned with the heat, not so much as I would be with a turbo, but I am concerned cuz my intake temps will be soaring and I will lose power cuz of that.

Aside from competition. The best suited for daily driving is the JRSC and Turbo. (note: I dont mention Vortech cuz its weaker than JRSC with worse lag than turbos) An n/a car will have no low end at all, to make power you exchange low end for extremely high rpm top end power.

I'm happy with the JRSC. It's a happy medium between street driveability and circuit racer and will take care of some business at the drag's also.(slap on some N2O and you run 12's with ease)

all you guys who say N/A has such a "flat" torque curve, let's see some dynos. the JRSC has a pretty damn flat torque curve. turbos make more peak power, yes, absolutely... but in terms of a broad torque curve, the roots blowers are pretty good.

stolen from hondata:

(140-150lb/ft)

my jrsc h22, which is notorious for losing torque up top in stock form :

(160-180lb/ft)

if you consider tuning to be equal on both sides(s/c'r or na) your motor will last longer with the s/c'er. 210-220 hsp N/A motors do not like pump gas and very long road trips over a few years time. with a 220-230 hsp jrsc set up, you are more likely to get away with it.

I agree with jinxproof.
The jrsc is well suited to make low end power, and does it well. I'm not a fan of the Vortech, based on the fact that centrifugal chargers are traditionally used in applications where high end power is needed, ie; big V8. In Hondas, the top end is great already.

IMHO, jrsc for a daily driver. Turbo for a 1320 terror, and N/A for a road racer. I know it's not that cut and dry in real life, but it's a good start.
