low #s... If you do go that route modify an M62 blower (Type R JRSC) to fit on your LS, the M45 that comes standard on the LS kit is puny.. Either way don't expect huge gains, you would be better of turboing it but you probably know that

the JRSC for the LS is pretty weak. i would go with a turbo or some funny gas with the b18b.

I'd say on an LS the best way to go is turbo.

ihave been researching for 3 months now and since it is a daily driver that is why i choose to go with the jrsc. i have heard that turbosteups are a pain in the a**. the only good one ihave heard is the greddy setup. but i think i will have a higher chance of blowing my motor with a turbo

turbo is the way to go

that only what i think you can always go up but with the jrsc it will be hard to do that. you will never be happy with the hp

all i wanted before i odered my Gen 3 kit was 300hp at the crank now my new goals are 500-600 whp and i am almost there

just think about the future

Well man, Im saying, just get a good turbo kit, dont boost the fug out of it, and tune it and you will be fine. Tuning is everything, the Jackson isnt a save all for problems.

do not get this set up, do not. guy back home has a 98 civic with a LS motor and jrsc charger (along with all the basic bolt ons). His best run in the car is like a 14.9. For that much money he could of got a turbo and be running low 13s. JRSC for the LS is very weak, go turbo

THe ls motor is very strong when using the type-r blower (M62). It is very easy to modify it to fit. We installed on on a LS with over 180,000 miles on the engine and ran9PSI in a 92-95 hatch. It ran a 8.80 on 16" kumho 712's thats not to shabby I am sure it was making close to 200@the wheels. This was done with no electronics with the timing set @8degrees on pump 93oct. Hope that helps. If you need more info on what to modify email me @ Grand6000@aol.com Thank you
