i am not really positive, but isn't the ls a sohc, if so, with good money you can turbo that motherf@$###, but if you are having a good offer in front of you with a jrsc, TAKE IT. my cousing is riding on only 6psi on a 95 ex sohc and a new lsd, and that car can keep up with mustangs day and night. simple and straight, get it. you won't be dissapointed. Got some boost??

later.

the type r jrsc won't fit on a ls motor, from what i have heard.

i have a b18b1 in my eg hatch with a jrsc pushing 6psi. it okay, i guess. your not going to get as much power as you would if you get a turbo. i bought mine cuase i paid 1k for it and it came with everything. it feels pretty good with 6psi, but i am going to bump it up to 10 psi in a week or two, then i know i'll even enjoy it more. if you can get one for a cheap price, go ahead. you'll like it just like i did, but you will want to up the psi pretty quick.

It depends on your prefrence, if you want solid power from idle all the way to redline, then get the jrsc, but if you want killer high end, (and nifty blow off sounds) go with the turbo. My opinion, turbo is the way to go. But hell if you got a hookup with the jrsc I probably go with that.
Most people prefer to boost the LS motor because of its low compression, but I heard that any B series Vtec motor will respond better due to its better head air flow characteritics, its just that it requires more tuning for higher compression. But all B series are great for forced induction. Just be sure that the fuel is there or you'll go boom. (by the way, i'm not knocking LS motors, in the drag racing forum, I believe they have someone that has hit 11's with a stock block stock head LS motor in a crx, thats one insane time.)

Edit: i originally stated stock block stock head LS, it infers an integra body, not the crx body that was used.
