At 10 Psi you should see around 190 ish and 155 tq. You are spinning the M45 very hard to produce that kind of boost so heat will be a factor.
Some kind of standalone would be a good choice.

I don't really understand what you just said, But i'm sure 200WHP is within reach with tunning. Once you alter your car from it's stock form you will go nuts, It's part of the sport!.

Re: JRSC integra ls hp# (CRVRX)
will i be ok running 10 psi on my factory internals and will i have any problems.i ask because it is a dailydriverand that you mentioned heat problems before due to the blower spinning so fast. and will i see a big difference in power will i fell it like a turboor is it more responsive. my biggest question is what do i need for it to run safley everyday and whatdo i need to make it over the 200 horsepower mark?! thanks for posting back leave me some infoon these questions for me thanks a lot!

Hey RedTeg,
I have been doing for the past 2.5 years what you are shooting for... my car is stored in Mass., and if you are interested, I'll take you for a ride when I get home (in Kuwait for at least another month).
My motor is strong. I don't beat it to death, change the oil frequently, and maintain it properly. The M45 is the smallest unit, but if you look at the graphs on the Eaton website, there isn't too much of a delta T (heat) difference from the M62. BUT - I wouldn't spin it any faster than 9PSI - it is just to the point of diminishing returns.
The difference between 6psi and 9psi is considerable, I'd do it by getting an alternator stepper pulley. I don't have any 6psi dyno numbers - I assume the numbers on Jackson's site are correct (and probably are given the fact I make around 190HP at 9Psi).
200 HP is my goal - I probably will be just under that (195 is my guess). I want it to make 200 HP, then I'll sell it. No time to mess with it. Any takers?
I made 186 HP, 153 TQ last dyno run... I think I will make 190 HP right on the nose next run (changed tune a bit).
I have: Stock 1996 block and:
Jackson Racing Supercharger at 9psi w/ thru-fender DC cold air intake, K&N filter
Acura Integra Type R Flywheel
Exedy Organic Clutch
DC Sports Ceramic 4-2-1 Header
DC Catback Stainless Exhaust
Powercore Hi-flo Catalytic Converter
Apexi VAFC Fuel Computer
Technifit braided stainless brake lines
Powerslot Rotors, Front
Powerstop Rotors, Rear
Axxis Metal Master pads, Front and Rear
Jackson Racing MAP Modifier
Jackson Racing BTC
Endyn 9Psi Stepper Pulley
Walbro 342 Fuel Pump
B&M fuel pressure gauge
Mugen Thermostat
Mugen Radiator Cap
Autometer in-dash pod w/ Boost and A/F Gauges
Venom Engine Temperature Monitor (IAT monitor)
ES Motor Mounts
ES Front End Links
ES Front Sway Mounts
ES Suspension Bushings
Suspension Techniques 19mm rear sway bar
Eibach ProKit springs
KYB AGX Struts
Acura GS-R Front Tower bar
Rota 15” Subzero’s
205/50/15 Toyo FZ-4’s
DC Rear strut tower bar
DC Short Shifter
I'm happy with it. It's quick and reliable, and was my daily driver (haven't really driven it for a year).
Email me if you want specific info.
