Default For the JRSC guys

Can you modify a the JR BTC to work for a obd0 car. I converted my gsr engine to obd0 so it would plug directly into my crx.

mine is on a PR3 as well just for your piece of mind. let me know if you have questions on the install when the time comes.

to answer your second question, yes you can adjust it whenever you want. what you do is set your distributor timing to stock, and then use the BTC to retard your timing to what you want per pound of boost. i keep my **** at 12 o' clock for daily driving, which is 1.0 deg retard per pound of boost. if i'm racing or its a cold night, i will turn it down a few clicks (each click is .1 deg) to .7 or .6 depending on the conditions. you will notice a HUGE difference in power when comparing the BTC to a car with the timing retarded at the distributor be sure to buy a used one though, because they are easy to find and you'll save a lot (they are too much money brand new).
