Default JRSC experts please

I have a JRSC'd integra and need some help changing my belts. Any help for the newbie would be greatly appreciated

I'm having trouble with the lower tensioner assembly. I've loosened the 6mm adjustment screw but the pulley/idler won't slide down and allow the belt to loosen. Instead the screw just moves up. Did I forget to loosen something else or is the thing just kinda seized in position and I just have to bang on it a bit?

Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes there is a 17mm nut on the tensioner pulley that must be loosened to let the pulley slide up and down in the guide.
