Default JRSC belt keeps jumping one tooth on SC pulley?!?!

well, I'm new to the world of JRSC and I've got a little problem. The belt keeps jumping off the SC pulley and its not because the belt isn't tight enough-- believe me. Any of you ever had this problem before? And if so- what did you do to fix it? I need some advice while my engine is still outta the car. Thanks alot guyz.

I don't know much about it, but usually this is caused by the pulleys being misaligned. I'm sure someone else will be able to tell you more.

Is it jumping off the alternator pulley or the SC pulley? Check your alternator bracket.

There should be 2 washers and 2 studs. Common mistake is to put one washer on each stud, when both should be on one stud.

thanks for the info guys... the belt is jumping off of the supercharger pulley-- not the altenator pulley. I have a crack in the manifold because I'm an idiot and never put the JRSC support bracket on. The crack use to be small but now is actually quite big. I'm beginning to think that the JRSC may be sitting lower on that side (which is the side w/ teh crack) and this may be the reason for the screwup. I will, however, check the altenator bracket also. I'm hoping the blower doesn't need a rebuild!!! thanks again and any additional info would be apprciated. Do any of you have any pictures I could look at that show the bolt, washer, and stud setup on that altenator bracket? Thanks again.
