JRSC Emissions problem!!ASAP
97 civic SOHC with a Jackson.I've done everything I can and it still won't pass it's saying EVAP-O2 heater-and Cat isn't ready(other words it works but, won'y pass).I have access to a honda diagnostic and still can't figure it out.I've replaced both O2 sensors took the cat out and it's fine.Put about 4-500 miles on it with readiness driving etc.The EVAP I don't know whats causing that.I need to know ASAP I'm driving on expired tags!!!!

what are you using as fuel management?
evap wouldnt be the fuel system.. i think, its more along the lines of the crankcase balck box and the evap purge solenoid for the little charcoal box.
o2 heater is just that...
put the cat back in.... the ecu doesnt see the secondary sensor register a change in emissions and thinks the cat has gone bad

I have a VAFC but it is untouched right now.I was planning on tunning after emissions. Both sensors leaned out with a Vortech reg. so I put the Jackson back on and replaced the sensors. The cat I figured the ecu would register it as bad but I though 500miles later it would bypass but its still in a not ready mode.
