Jackson SC won't pass EMISSIONS....need help!!!
I have a 97 SOHC Jackson SC that won't pass E...
keeps saying "not ready"for the O2 , cat and evap
My friend hooked it up to a wideband O2 and the fuel fluxuates when in boost not too lean/rich runing about 60psi on the FMU
Anyone have this problem??or the same set up with no problems with emissions???

its not about the fuel.
an obd2 ecu has to do a readiness check before it will pass emissions. did you unhook any of that equipment

I have done the readiness tests plenty of times....put hundreds if not thousands of miles.....I've been working on it for the last year to get it to pass....it was sitting for almost a year in a bodyshop...cranked and moved in/out.....97 civic with only 55,000 miles....simple set up-headers,exhaust,intake,blower,VAFC hooked up but,not tuned yet.....still says o2, cat and the EVAP not ready .....been like this for the longest time.....found out it's been running lean for the longest time too....replaced both o2 sensors.and I replaced the FMU....BTW this is the very first Gen Jackson SC.....I figured when we plugged it up to a wideband o2 with the fuel fluxuating not lean not too rich in boost that it's triguring/confusing the ecu...so I thought it would be the fuel...
