Default JRSC chattering...buy Vortech?

The JRSC on my GSR is chattering. Should I repair it, or buy a Vortech. Note- JR is not doing any warranty work as it was on the car when I bought it. I wanted more power before it started to chatter, so Im thinking the Vortech would be a nice change. Ideas?

I am seeing alot of negative stuff about the vortech. The reason I am giving up on my JRSC is that its F'ed. I dont want it repaired, I bet it will happen again. I dont want turbo because the reliability is lower than S/C's from what I hear. I dont street race and I will occasionally run at the track. This is what I have gathered.
Reliable turbo=Greddy
Greddy=Slow
Drag kit=Fast
Drag kit=Less reliable
VSC=Mediocre speed + Reliability.

It may not make sense to a speed freak, but I am going to have to sacrafice speed for reliabilty.

Note- Reliability is key in my case. I drive 50 miles a day. I cant afford to have my car down for much time at all. IE- (from what I hear) with a turbo.

Custom turbo setup = fast, relaible, and cheaper than a "kit"

Its chattering, theres not a question in my mind that its not. My mechanic told me he thought it was chattering, I took it to a specialist, and said listen to the car, I never mentioned the chattering, and he said it was chattering also. The internals blades are hitting eachother, and I may drive more than 50, never actually measured it out. So, you all think I can pull off a turbo kit that will be VERY reliable and make AS MUCH power as my JR at 10psi? Thanks,

Yes a turbo will be just as relibable.
and it will most likley end up making more power.

If your lobes are hitting each other i would get that thing takin out ASAP, before a peice af broken metal starts destroying your motor.

Never mind. We decided to pull the charger and send it in, we talked them into doing warranty work. Thanks all!
