JRSC/Alternator install problem.
Got the motor (cylinder head, block and JRSC) back in the engine bay. After installing the tranny today i noticed that the alternator pulley is touching the subframe. This wasn't an issue before attatching the tranny. I double check all motor mounts and everything seems to be in place and torqued down properly per Helms manual. It looks like after installing the tranny the block and the cylinder head shifted towards the drivers side therefore, there's no clearance between the alternator pulley and the subframe.
What do i need to check next before having to pull the tranny and install it again to find out what's the problem?
BTW, the car is a 1999 Civic Si.

There is some play in the mounts. Try to loosen all the mount bolts and recenter the engine. Move it back and forth and retighten all the bolts. You may have them in a bind.
do you have any pics of your problems? I could take a look at mine and see if there is any difference. My car is the exact same but I have no clearance issues.
