Not so good here. Ordered a manifold on Aug 12, told it was going to be one week to make, plus 3-4 days to ship. No problem.
Well a month has gone by, and I was told on the 29th of August that it was "almost done", but I assume it hasn't even been started.
Haven't heard one word from him in 10 days, but yet I see him online and posting in other forums. Heres the posts I have left so far:

I don't know what his deal is, is he on vacation, or maybe spending more time working on his S2000 instead of making everyones stuff?? I have no idea since he won't even reply.
Well, so much for this year. I have two big events coming this weekend and no manifold.
James, if you read this, dude I want that manifold done by middle of next week, and shipping information no later than Thursday Sept. 21. If you need more time, you had better contact me.
Sorry it has to come to this, but i really don't know what else to do!!! All you have to do is just contact me every once in a while with a status update, that's all I'm asking for.
How long does it really take to send an email???

 

Still no response after another 3 days, and now the link I posted up says "You are not authorized to view this forum."...great, now the thread is locked or deleted or something?
This is by far the WORST person I have ever dealt with, I do not recommend him to anyone.
I am filing a refund with Paypal and ordering from someone else. Thanks alot James, ruined the rest of the race season, and took my car off the road for another unnecessary month.
Refund my money so I can give it to someone who can deliver their product.

 

Hey man, I fully offered you a refund last week you didnt want it, instead you said you would rather wait for the part....

I am sorry I have other customers which have ordered b4 you and you are not any better than them, I am not going to give you your part until they get theirs because they have waited long
Want to wine and moan about it fine, go ahead as I have to work fairly for everyone, btw my s2k hasnt been in my shop for over 2 weeks now so quit making bs about that.....

Ohh yah and to top it all off, I am more than just an online dealer, I am also a local guy for many which are also patciently waiting their parts.
Say what you want I gave you a hell of a deal $500 for a ramhorn purge welde with ex wg for a friggin gt25, only charge 1/2 up front.... Many have paid 2x that for the same manifold and are happy after waiting over 6 weeks for it also

You might try to make me look like the jack@$$ here but you are the one thinking you are better than everyone...

Usually yes
There have been some that I didnt purge on but that is usually when I am out of argon on the 2nd bottle, or if I am having one of my group buys and am just trying to have a good price, in this case I let everyone know that it wasnt purged

Look, James...the main thing is when I ordered it, you had told me it would be done in one week. Now its 5 weeks. Do you not understand why I am upset with you?
Why do you keep trying to make me look like the bad guy here? I did not tell you to bump anybodys work to get mine done, I did not haggle you down to that price, you told me the price, so why do you now throw all of it in my face?
Last time I heard from you was the 9th, when you offered the refund. 10 days go by and no response from you until I file a claim with Paypal?
Then you give me attitude??
Why did you tell me one week when YOU KNEW you would not be able to deliver?

 

For the love of God, please do not let this be another one fab.

 

W/e your money is going back on paypal anyways so why are you wining in this thread.... My work with you is done, leave my posts alone

I am not going to onefab anyone I have built up a name after many of years and I cant afford to lose it, this is a dealing between 1 customer and t he seller let it remain at that.

Think about taking a 'Doing honest business' course or at least an 'Estimating turn around times' course.
Of course if you were doing the 1st one you wouldn't need the 2nd.

becareful when dealing with this guy. He is slow and will spend your money before you get your part then when you want a refund he will take weeks.
