Default J&S Install Questions

Hey,
I had a couple questions about installing a J&S Ultra-Safeguard into my '92 DX.

-What should I use for the interrupted wire coming from the Distributor? As in which pin.
-Is D17 the correct wire for the MAP signal?
-Should I use shielded wire with the knock sensor or not?

Thanks for the help,
~SKY~

Hey,
Thanks for confiming that but look at the following picture:

http://www.jandssafeguard.com/HondaInstall.html

What wire does he mean for the distributor? Because it says to use B13, and the ecut pinout says "TDC P", what does that mean? None of my colors match up to what J&S instructions say, so I'm soley going on pin location.
