I've got a problem...
I took my car to get tuned last week, we ran the car a few times at 7psi, we ended up making around 280whp. So he was doing some fine tuning and we were going to turn the boost up and make another run but we made another pull at 7psi. You could see on the dyno graph, it dropped off at 6500. Vtec was kicking in then dying off. Then we noticed that the oil pressure wasn't quite right, when vtec would first kick in at 4500 oil pressure would be up around 50psi then go down to about 35psi at around 6000-6500rpms. I put a new oil pump on the car the first of last summer and just drove it with the GSR motor without the turbo. Car worked great.
If you have any idea what's going on let me know.
Thanks,
Chris

Re: I've got a problem...
i was having this issue 2 weeks ago at the track man then went back to the dyno vetec was kicking then not kicking in so we tried to manually kick it at 5500rpm. Well long story short the screen on the vetec solenoid was clogged up so we cleaned it out and walla
