The turbo was shipped relativly slow and when recieved I didnt inspect it well, until tonight when I noticed the exhaust fins were chipped/broken something that couldnt have happened in shipping, and upon further inspection the turbo has VERY excessive shaft play and there is no way that this turbo is rebuilt like stated in the ebay auction, the comressor fins scrape.

 

We need some more information here, who did you buy from, what exactly did you buy, pictures would be nice as well.

Strange, all 76 feedbacks are positive. One hint that he didn't know what he was talking about could have been "this thing spools at idle- NO TURBO LAG"

 

sucks even more when your just a few small parts away from being turbo'd.

 

you might be out of luck......that auction ended over a month ago.....they guy will deny the fact that you are gonna claim the turbo is shot. he will say you used it or something and caused the damage.

if you paid with pay pal you can try to get your money back but allot of time has passed already and pay pal might argue with you on the time period.

i think this S.O.B ran it, blew the motor, everything went and F'ed the exhaust side..

DONT BUY FROM EBAY i have heard too many ebay stories its not even funny. If you need wheels they need to take everything apart and you gonna need new seals too.. starting at $350 to do what you need to get fixed.. get your money back

 

good thing about ebay is you can always resell and get your money back lol
