I'm getting an inconsistent amount of torque and power at 6.5psi. When its running good I can feel the boost and there is not much noise coming from the dump tube so I can actually hear the turbo spool. When it is not, I don't really feel much torque (only slight improvement compared to when it was NA) and the dump tube is loud as hell! What could be the problem here? Something wrong with the wastegate not holding boost? In both instances I get a 6.5psi reading on my boost gauge. I've got the Tial 35mm with .45 spring. I swapped out the gasket as it blew twice and so now run without any gasket but it didn't make any difference.

Anyone experience this with their Tial 35mm?

Hmmmn, I have a very similar set up 2u and don't get the same problem...??

I think U should wait until it's dyno tuned and then judge!!

Maybe it's the fact ur tubby's not working at it's potential and is upset wiv u ;oP
