Default Internal WG question

Alright I have a TD05H with an internal WG which I was told is at 12 psi. Can an internal WG be adjusted down? I was wondering this because a tial is around 170 - 250 bucks...and I am trying to budget this setup. I also heard a friend of mine say something about a granger valve (or however you spell it). Not exactly sure what that is or even where to buy it.

Thanks,

Quik Sol

for a turbo with an internal w/g you can change out the actuator. it's the same thing as changing the sping on an external w/g

true i didnt think about that , the longer the actuator arm the lower the boost
