internal/external wategate
can i use a internally waste gated turbo on a externally gated manifold by taking off the internal gate... or is the exaust housing different. and also does anyone know of a manifold that will let me retain ac and ps on a single cam?

Yes, you can use the internally gated turbo. Just remove the actuator canister and the flapper valve assembly. You'll need to get a downpipe flange that fits the exhaust housing. This will block off the flapper valve hole and allow a downpipe to be welded onto the flange. Almost every manifold available will allow you to keep AC and PS.
