Interfacing FJO into Hondata write-up
I have noticed that there has been some questions about how to interface the fjo wideband system with hondata for datalogging in rom editor. Here is a quick write-up that will help everyone with pictures.
1. 5 wire wideband sensor plugs into fjo harness into the box.
2. 4 wire plug from fjo gets graphed into honda female plug for oxygen sensor. You can get this sensor from any oxygen sensor, AC plug from 92-95 civic or headlight assembly from older honda/acura (sorry not 100% sure on this one).
3. Splice the blue wire of the fjo harness into the white wire (sensor ground)coming from the honda plug. Splice the green wire from the fjo harness into the green wire (signal wire). Connect both black wires of the honda plug with a 1K ohm resistor (keeps from getting a heated o2 cel).
4. Out of the 4 plug from fjo you'll have a black and white wire. The black wire goes to chassis ground, the white wire goes to switched 12v. If you have a resistor pack in your engine bay, the odd color wire is a switched 12v, this is what i tap into.
When you hook everything up, make sure you check the voltage with a multimeter at the white wire from the honda plug. It should correspond to what hondata says in rom editor (see chart below). If it isnt the same, then add a diode to the green wire (1N4001 at radio shack).
After you check the voltages, make sure you change the oxygen sensor type
in rom editor. Go to file -> settings -> lambda -> edit conversion table ->
quick selection -> FJO CWC0002. For users of the older 4b tuning system,
use this calibration curve under the "custom" setting, you'll have to
manually type the numbers in the chart.
Hope this helps.

Re: Interfacing FJO into Hondata write-up (BoostingSnail)
This is my set-up for street wideband tuning. I have been running it for over a year now for all my tuning. It works great. I do all my tuning for myself and customers with this set-up. I am also going to have this stuff posted, with some more in depth writing on my website so everyone can reference it later on.
