FJO wiring to Hondata
I have an FJO KWB0021(FJO, O2 sensor and LED display) and Hondata 4b.
I am not crystal clear on the Hondata directions for Wideband hookup of an FJO and I do not want to make a mistake. I assume we do not use the blue wire(5v input) or green wire(tach input) from the FJO.
With regards to the square 4 wire connector on the FJO, we do the following:
1. ground the black wire to the chassis
2. connect the white wire to a switched 12v source
Then cut the plug off of your old O2 sensor and connect the remaining two wires from the square four wire connector as follows:
1. connect the white/grey wire to the stock O2 sensor ground wire (green) on the plug
2. connect the grey wire to the stock O2 sensor signal wire (white) on the plug
3. attach a 1K resistor to the two black O2 wires on the stock O2 sensor plug
and then plug it back into the the O2 harness.
I am going to have to buy two more male adapters for the square 4 wire connector as it only came wired with the power and ground wires attached.
Is this correct? Did I miss anything?

Im not familiar with the colros on the FJO wiring but the concept is the same.
Basically 0-5 v -> white wire on o2 plug, green to ground.
After you hook everything up, double check the voltage with a multimeter at the white wire and see if it corresponds to the voltage as it says by Hondata. If it isn't the same, then you need to add a diode on the green wire. (I had this problem)

correct, the two other pins on the power harness for the FJO are the 5v outputs. It tells you in installation manual which wire is the analog output and analog ground, and green is definately the signal ground from the o2 sensor. Also correct on the wiring of the resistor to keep from getting a heated o2 cel. Are you sure your power harness didn't come with any extra pins? Just asking cause mine did. I am also learning so you can pm me with questions and I'll research them too.
Great, thanks for the help guys! Yeah, I did not have any extra fittings. I will probably go to radio shack to get a resistor.
What kind of diode would I use between the green ground if needed?
