I have a 98 civic, what size cooler can I use that will handle 500hp but still fit behind the oem bumper? I know I will prolly have to cut the bumper support out but I don't want a cooler that hangs lower than the front bumper cover. Some pics of people with big intercoolers on a ek would be helpful

 

i had a 120 dolla cx racing i.c. man it was handeling 650 h.p.

not ideal ait's, but it was getting the job done lol

 

i have a precision 600hp intercooler and i had to cut a little bit of the beam but its still there.

 

was the cx racing one the 25x12x3? thats the one i found on their website for around that price

like i said its not ideal for keeping the ait's down, but it has done its job well for over 2 years now

 

cool, im not plannin on makin as much power as you so maybe it will handle 400hp a littl with a better ait lol thanks man u got any pics of it on the car?

 

yeah my stock block wasnt as bad with the ait's man should be managable for you
