Just did a JDM conversion on my Type-R and am looking to change my intercooler.

Previous intercooler was 29" (with end tanks) with a 3" thick core (tube and fin design)

I am looking to put a 30" (with end tanks) and a 4" thick core. Will a 4" core fit. (with out too much cutting?)

I'm pretty sure the cutting wont be worse, that this and this isn't too bad

And am guessing a back door set up for this one

 

I have this intercooler setup for sale -- complete with piping, silicone, etc, etc -- the core size is 24" x 12" x 4.5" (not including endtanks) -- the car was parted out but i still have that available -- it actually fit really nicely

 

^ god that car is sexy... the front end looks like it fits so good!

 

not to take a sale from james...but to offer another option...i'd sell the intercooler on the other integra as well.

Thanks for the offer guys, but not looking to spend a lot on intercooler set-up's right now., just gonna get a simple bar and plate, since i had a tube and fin. Good luck on the sales
