intercooler piping size

Default intercooler piping size

im going with a 35r and a built block on my gsr and i have some 2'' piping laying around from the old setup. will that be big enough or do i need to go 2.5''

2 and half is what i would use.

just use it and see what happens, worst case scenario you go get 2.5 inch after anyway

there was a big thread on this I saw a while back. it showed how much hp you can flow on what size piping and I think 2" didn't become a restriction till almost 500whp. try looking for it. what is your whp goal?

I've been told start running 3" piping above 700whp+ on my Kseries.

Outlet on the gt35r is usually 2.5".

Go 2.5" or larger. No point of bottlenecking the compressor outlet size.
