how much power are you going to be producing????

UNDER 300hp
2-2.25in

Up To 400hp
2.25 from compressor to intercooler
2.5in from intercooler to throttle body

Up To 500hp
2.5in

ANYTHING More (Race Car)

i got this info from a book ive been reading and the piping the i list for each hp range seems to work best people still you the piping in the 400hp range for lower appliications. it may not perform as well, but it works

The compressor side piping should be roughly 1/4 inch smaller diameter to help keep inertia consistency throught the charge system. This is due to the temperature differential before and after the intercooler.
