intercooler piping diameter matter ?

is there any difference on power between a 2.5 inch ic piping on a 3.0 inch pipes fro a build setup boosting it at 10 psi ?

i searched but couldn't find much

I used 2.25 until pipe that comes up to throttle body. 10psi...over 300whp.
