Intercooler piping...
i recently bought a used spearco intercooler off a honda-tech member that measures around 29x8x3. The only thing im having trouble with figureing what type of intercooler piping im gona need to run. This is all for a integra coupe b18b, using a lovefab sst manifold and sc61. Would anyknow know what bends i should get and where i could get them? I was originally consering burns stainless but that seemed pretty expensive. I was considering purchasing piping from accordinlgy done's oscommerce store. Also where could i purchase the clamps and hoses to connect them all? and a flange for a hks ssq bov?

Do you have one to fit a Integra gsr w/inlinepro manifold?

Yea we do. The kit comes with mandrel-bent chrome-plated piping with BOV flange of your choice, all couplers, and all clamps.

i got alot of good info from quickb18b but i wanted to hear some other peoples opinion on what setup this intercooler piping would take. When mounted, my turbo's inlet for the intercooler piping is going to face the front of the car, what kind of sharp bend will i need for this? heres how it will mount
(Please use imagination for what it will look like on car
)
if i rotate it the other way the inlet would face the block, so that options pretty much a negative. (again, use of imagination would help

never tried "re-clocking" or anything like that, what would it involve and would anything need to be rebalanced or anything of that sort.
No, just loosen the compressor housing bolts enough so you can rotate the compressor outlet to the desired location. No rebalnce needed. I just would not remove the housing all together though, it is not nessesary.
You can also do the same for the center housing (to better locate the drain to vertical location) by loosening the turbine housing bolts and turning the center housing. Keep in mind that you should first orientate the center housing then the compressor outlet. Otherwise you have to move the compressor twice.
Garrett sends torque specs for these bolts in the turbo box. Good luck

Oh no wonder your having problems, yeah like he said just loosen the bolts, you dont have to take them out just loosen enough so that it rotates (there like 6 i think)(12mm) in center section and rotate it until desired location and retighten. Just make sure your oil drain flange is still in a good position
