I can imagine that the best size for your post-intercooler pipes would be the same size as your TB. I don't know thats fact, just guessing.
I don't think it really matters where you put your BOV. The shorter the vacume line to the bov I think would have it working faster.

Bigger is not always better. I'll be using 2" for my 1.6 liter motor with ~6-8 psi boost.

well, i kinda got lost of what u were saying. im using 84mm gsr, 10.1:1 compression, XS engineering T3/T04X turbo, XS engineering GTR intercooler and my pipings are only 2.25in. im thinking about going to 2.75in. but i dont know if it's too big. any suggestions from the experts?

Re: intercooler piping>? (Sayang)
the formula for figuring out ideal pipe diameter is on pg 80-81 of "the book"
it is :
velocity = airflow rate / area of section
it's a lot more complicated than it looks...I helped somebody with this a couple of days ago. I ended up drawing the entire sample calculation out of pg 81 of "the book", in JPEG format.
If someone has server space for a 40 KB jpeg of the whole calculation I can e-mail it to you, that way you can post it for everyone to see. I would post the pic myself but I cant find any free pic hosting sites.
