Default intercooler/head gasket question

ok so i figured id ask a 2 for 1 special question all in the same thread.

question 1: what is a good sized intercooler(dont care about brand unless its completely necessairy) that will fit under the front bumper of an ef hatch;that will support up to 5 or 600 hp? and will i need to cut the front reinforcement bar in order to make it fit.

question 2: i am having my block bored to 81.5mm and running a block guard. which gasket will be best suited for me? daily driven, and should i get a gasket with copper rings or not?

precision 600hp ic will work right and give you a clean look, will fit with slightly cutting into your bumber support if you wanna keep it.

also for 600 hp you need to consider what gas and what pumps you will be using ...

1000cc will be good if on pump gas with a inline/intank set up, race gas will require something bigger...
