Default Integra LS overheating

Has anyone had to cut holes or slots in their front clip to let air get to the radiator?

Peakboost kit
Civic Fluidyne

Car runs fine with the clip off, but overheats with it on.

Thanks
Ron

The fan is wired so if the key is on, it is running.
It is also turning in the correct direction.

It's a half width 2 row Fluidyne.
Take your front clip off and try it, let us know.
