Integra GSR 300WHP stock internals?
Hey hows it going guys.. anyways my friends who know alot about cars way more then me seem to believe that I can make 300WHP on stock GSR internals. They said with a APexi Power FC and a good tune I can run that for over 2 years without blowing up or anything. But I seem to have the impression that 250whp is the max my engine can hold without blowing up? I would really like to knwo because if I can make 300whp i will totally do that.
thanx

300HP on a stock GSR is VERY do-able. and WILL last if you have a good tune, dont beat on it every light, and keep up with the regular maintenence of a turbo car. i plan to make close to 300whp on my new setup (stock GSR as well)

Re: (PrettyLude)
definetly its all in the tuning
I have had 2 stk gsr motors that both made roughly
300 untuned w/ vafc and neither one lasted a year
(those 4th gear pulls will kill ya)
the motor can definetly take 300 whp, just spend the
money and get a good engine management w/ a reputable tuner
and you should be fine...

EXACTLY.
For management, if your just want to boost your stock GSR, it sounds like you dont have alot of money to begin with. Save your money and check out uBerdata or one of the free piggyback tuning systems. Put the extra money you save into tuning your car instead.
How long your motor lasts boosted also depends on how well its tuned. TUNING IS THE KEY!
