intake pipe wire plug-in

Default intake pipe wire plug-in

i was wondering what im supposed to do with the wire harness plug in that is in the intake pipe stock. i know to run a hose to the ground for the valve cover breather and thats one thing that is stock on the intake pipe, but i wasnt sure about the wire harness plug in?

i remember reading an article on a hks turbo install on super street, i believe it was for a map sensor or somekind of sensor, try searching the web for it.

that plug you are referrign to is the intake air temp sensor. on obd II style cars they started ot put that into the intake tract and off the intake manifold like the older cars. you can just keep it in there or wire it up to intake source where it can sense temperature.

yeah thats the one im talking about. so once i have my ic piping and all that i dont need to drill a hole for it, just tie it up to something?

I drilled a hole ni my piping and fit it in there with a peice of rubber hose around the base of the sensor, kept it snug
