i know the insurnace will definitely increase, but does anyone know what i should expect? i dont have any accidents on my record, no speeding tickets and 2 moving violations (stop sign, and failure to obey highway sign).. I was thinking of getting a Honda CBR 600RR in spring but now im thinking of just selling my integra and getting a used Supra TT, but insurance is what is going to make or break my decision to do so.

you'll only know by calling to get an insurance quote.

insurance rates depend on what area/region you live in. getting insurance quotes takes about 5 minutes on the phone.

im still on parents plan, i pay for it but im on their plan to save myself money so i dont have all the info on their plan. i was just asking to see if anyone else switched to a car like that and how much their insurance increased.

$1500/year on my parents family plan with a totally clean record is what i was quoted. it was a 94 supra TT also

it probably won't go up significantly that you won't be able to afford it....because a GSR is rated as a sportscar, just as a supra TT...

I have heard people paying ridiculous amounts for TT insurance. Like atleast double what they paid for their other cars.

I am 18 and was quoted 3k a year on a TT, i also have a clean record. So i just got a gsr hatch instead which is around $1200 a year.
