Default installing revhard kit...problems

i'm having some clearance issue from the manifold/wastegate to the fan. It seems when i put the fan on, its awful close to the wastegate. what did you guys do to tackle this.

also did you guys cut the grill on your integra bumper to make it fit?
also from what he told me, alot of welding is involved.

i'm just disappointed because the kit doesn't come with alot of stuff for a simple bolt on. My mechanic said i would be lucky if he could complete everything before thanksgiving. thats including putting on the greddy tt, profec B, apex safc, boost, etg and air/fuel gauge.

you may have to get a 12" fan or something that will allow better for the manifold...when i put mine on, i had to get a civic radiator because the turbo was too big for the radiator...

and it really shouldnt take til thanksgiving to get all that stuff in, thats 20 hrs of work max...and thats for a first timer...

Your wastege is on top of the manifold I dont see how it could hit the fan. Anyhow, what I did on the radiator fan is move it an inch over by usine some brackets as seen here:

Dont forget to cut the shroud, and not the fan itself:

The AC fan is a tight fit, but it will fit.

Hope this helps.

a pusher fan sits in front of the radiator...and no you dont have to get a civic fan, i only did because it elimates alot of the space that the teg one took up...lot more room to work with...but its not necessary
