installing new headers
how can I make sure the headers I want to get are compatible with my current turbo? how much of a difference in horsepower if any can I expect?

Why would you be trying to put headers on if you ahve a turbo or are getting a turbo??
Do you mean exhaust manifold??
I would hope thats what you mean because itll be a waste of money to buy a set of headers if you are gonna boost the car
