Headers w/ Turbo?
This is good news. I was going to do I/H/E but will jump into FI when I have the funds. Now that I know I won't be needing the headers, I can save my money towards a turbo. I still need to educate myself on turbos so plz bare w/ the newbish ?'s.
Another option:
You can buy a used HEADER (no S) and enjoy the minor power increase and when you go turbo, sell the HEADER for what you paid for it.
I did that and it worked out fine. Selling a used HEADER is very easy since it is a simple bolt-on.

You are asking too much.
Rule of thumb: think 50% of present cost. Not what you paid for it, but present cost.
I can get the DC 4-2-1 for the GSR for about $350 or so. You should ask $175.
Just my 2 cents though.

A "header" is a "type" of exhaust manifold usually mounted on a naturally aspirated motor. Technicians will call anything that that mounts to the exhaust ports on the head an exhaust manifold. The term "header" usually designates a performance tuned exhaust manifold. (Unless you have multiple exhaust manifolds on your engine, you do not need to add an "S" to the end of "header.")
The other "type" of exhaust manifold is your "turbo manifold." This exhaust manifold has provisions for bolting on a turbocharger.

If you don't own a V-type engine or a twin turbo setup the likelyhood of you using headerS does not exist. Sorry but word headers irks the crap outta me. Anyway, the other guys answered your question so save your money for turbo associated parts instead wsting it right now.
