Installing ignition AFTER dyno tuned...
Dangerous? Car has been dyno tuned already with the hondata, now an aftermarket ignition system and external coil will be installed. Can this lead to any problems?
i don't see any problems with adding it afterwards. though if you install a really strong ignition system, the motor may need a bit more fuel to compensate for the extra strong spark in the CC just to keep the ratio the same as when it was tuned with the Hondata.
what kind of setup are you using anyway?

This is actually for my friend, i did the same thing. I had my car dyno'd then later installed the ignition. He didnt listen to me so now he is installing the ignition after the dyno. I told him he would be fine. For my application i am using the crane hi6r with ps92 race coil. Here were my a/f ratio's on the dyno... it was tuned on the rich side because i knew i would be installing the ignition system shortly afterwards.
that looks like a nice ratio though it is rich, IMO he'd be fine adding the ignition system after the tuning was done. but i'm not an expert at this stuff.
