I am just wondering any one have a VDO boost guage and how you guy wire up the blub? what is the V. for the blubs anyway? 12v?

yes 12 V, tap it to the thick white wir under the dash

pardon my retardness, where exactly i can find the thick white wires? do i need some fuse or other little sh_t?

take out your steering column cover, you'll see a bunch of white, yellow/balck, yellow and black wire. tap it in the white one

thats wrong.. theres are slots open in your fuse box under your dash.. it should look like a small little square with a piece of metal coming out of it...get a test light and turn your parking lights on and see which one it is.... on my integ its the second little box..

 

or u can tap it to the red wires on the dimmer control.

for the bulb, I tapped mine to the gauge cluster fuse,..
