Default Installed Victor X, Now Throttle Cable Doesnt Fit!?!?!

Ok so this is one of MANY MANY problems I am having with this build. The Head is a B18B, I'm not so sure what model specific the Victor X is for...

I have tried EVERYTHING to get this cable to fit, but it seems as if the mounting on the Throttle body needs to be positioned opposite from the way its currently positioned. the pictures will show you what I'm dealing with. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Here you can see that the cable is ALMOST rubbing the Intake manifold. If I was to turn the brack the right way it would not only rub the manifold but the cable would have way to much slack in it...

Here is the the they cable is mounted. If there was a way to have the cable mount at the bottle and pull from the top I believe it would work.

what cable are you using and in what car? looks like either you have the wrong cable or your bracket is backwards.

haha yes and I stated if I mounted the bracket the RIGHT way the cable would not only RUB the intake manifold causing all the hard work in paint I just did to come off, but also there isnt enough slack to mouth the cable.

I went ahead an made a bracket but I'd rather have this done the right way.

The car is a 1997 Integra B18B1 with LS cable.
